I appreciated the clean swimming pools and the well-maintained beach. The access to various dining options kept my meals interesting. As a solo traveler, I felt welcomed by everyone around me.

I had a fantastic stay with the spacious pool view room and the relaxing spa treatments that really made my trip. Enjoying the lovely beach access and the amazing snorkelling experience added so much fun to my days! Just a heads up—the cocktails could have tasted a bit better, but that didn’t stop me from having a blast! 😊

Exceptional staff made our stay

From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like family. Reception manager Mohamed went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring every detail was perfect. The beach was stunning, with the best coral reefs we’ve ever seen!

The dining options could use improvement. The desserts lacked variety and visual appeal, impacting our meal experience. Some cutlery was missing at busy times, creating minor delays.

The hospitality was exceptional with staff going the extra mile. Housekeeping provided fresh fruits daily making the stay enjoyable.

Dining could feel repetitive which impacted the overall experience. Room lighting could be improved for better ambiance.

My room was spacious and cleaned every day, thanks to Abanoub, who did an amazing job. The buffet offered some healthy options, but if you're looking for fries, you might be disappointed. I had a fantastic time at the a la carte restaurants. The Mexican and Mediterranean cuisines were really good. Special thanks to restaurant manager Mohammed for his kindness throughout my meals. The animation team was a highlight. Max from the international team and Sara from the Italian team always made sure we had fun. The pool and beach areas were stunning, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. I found the snorkeling amazing, especially because of the access to vibrant coral reefs right off the pier. On the downside, the dining options felt a bit repetitive after a few days. The desserts lacked variety, which was a bummer after enjoying some hearty meals. Sometimes, I had to wait longer for cutlery during busy times, which was a small inconvenience. the international animation team could have been more engaging during the day. it felt like they mostly lounged around. Despite these few hiccups, the hospitality was excellent, and all staff spoke good English, which made communication easy. I loved my stay at Sunrise Remal Resort!

Amazing food and super friendly staff!

We had a blast! The family mega room was HUGE and comfy. Mr Mohammed at the à la carte restaurant made our meals extra special, and the poolside snacks were perfect for a quick bite. The only thing? Sometimes it took a bit to get cups and cutlery. Still, the vibes were great!

Diving facilities impressed us, with stunning reefs nearby. The food lacked variety, especially desserts, and sometimes service was slow.
